When Will I Receive My Parcel
Express post ships the next day to most area's when sent before 6pm. If you are located in regional area's it may take up to 3 days for you to receive your parcel.
Do You Ship To Other Coutries?
Unfortunately we do not deliver to international locations, we only deliver within Australia
I Purchased The Wrong Size; Can I Exchange Or Get A Refund?
You are welcome to exchange or receive a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase, you will need to provided the original tax invoice, labels need to be intact and items must not have been worn.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the
items you wish to exchange.
I Own A Dance School & We Have Extra Costumes That Have Not Been Used.
Can You Help Me?
We would be happy to discuss with you the options that we have available to help you sell your costumes. All costumes must be new, unworn and in excellent condition. We will not sell any faulty or worn costumes.

How Is My Parel Sent?
All parcels are sent via Australia Post using Express Post. We suggest addressing your parcel to a location where someone will be present between 9am-5pm to accept for the delivery.
How Much Is Shipping?
Postage is set at a flat rate of $10 and will be sent using Australian Express Post. We offer free shipping when you spend over $100.
